Short answer
Yes — the Side dolphin boat trip collects you from your hotel and brings you back, and the transfer is included in the fare. The belt runs along the coast between Gündoğdu, its western end, and Kızılot, its eastern end, plus Manavgat town. Your pickup time is sent the day before by phone or WhatsApp, together with where to wait.

The pickup belt, west to east
The operator collects along the resort coast either side of Side. From the west: Gündoğdu, then Çolaklı, Evrenseki and Kumköy, which sits next to Side on its western side. Side itself is in the middle. East of it come Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç and, at the far end, Kızılot.
Manavgat town is the tenth area. It lies inland, on the river, away from the beach strip — and it is served the same way as the coast.
The transfer costs nothing extra in any of these areas. There is no zone surcharge.
Why there is no pickup time on this page
Every boat leaves the harbour at 10:00, but the vehicles reach the hotels at different times. A single clock time printed here would be wrong for most guests, so we do not print one.
Instead, the day before your trip you get your own time by phone or WhatsApp. The same message tells you where to wait at your hotel. Keep the phone number you gave at booking switched on that evening.
Choosing your hotel in the form
The booking form carries the live hotel directory printed further down this page, area by area. Pick your area, then your hotel. If it is not on the list, type its name: the operator confirms the pickup for it. In Manavgat town there is no list yet, so every guest there types the hotel.
Spell the hotel as it appears on its own sign or booking confirmation. If you are in a private flat or villa, add the street or a nearby landmark.
Staying outside the belt
Alanya, Belek and Antalya are not part of the standard pickup. That does not always mean no — it means ask first rather than book blind. Tell us the hotel and the date through the contact page and we say what is possible before anything is reserved.
The ride home
The boat is back at the harbour around 16:30–17:00. From there the same kind of air-conditioned vehicle drives you back to your hotel; the length of that drive differs from hotel to hotel, which is why no arrival time is given.
