Booking the Side Dolphin Boat Trip for a Group
Families travelling together, a wedding party, a stag weekend, a handful of colleagues: the mechanics are the same, and none of them involves a card.
Short answer
One booking holds up to 20 guests; for a larger party, write to us instead and we settle the details with the operator first. Nothing is charged online. Each adult pays €21, children aged 2 to 10 pay €15, and anyone under 2 travels free, all settled in euros on the day.
One booking, or a request
Up to 20 people fit in a single reservation on the booking form: set the date, enter the adults and children, choose the hotel and leave one phone number we can reach. You get a reference on screen straight away.
Above 20, do not split the party into several bookings and hope. Write to us through the contact page with the date, the head count and the hotels, and we confirm with the operator what is possible before anyone is told it is settled.
Paying as a group
- The price on the screen is the price on the day: no booking fee, no transfer surcharge, no deposit.
- Euros are handed over on the trip day itself, never earlier. Whether one person pays for everyone or each guest pays their own share is up to you.
- Under-2s are free; children from 2 to 10 pay the child fare; everyone from 11 pays the adult fare.
- Drinks at the bar, the drinks package and photos are paid by whoever orders them, on board.

Collecting a group from more than one hotel
The return transfer is part of the fare everywhere along the Side belt, Gündoğdu at its western end, Kızılot at its eastern end, and Manavgat town as well. A group in one hotel gets one pickup time. A group spread over several hotels should tell us every hotel when booking, because each hotel is given its own time; we send them the day before the trip, by phone or on WhatsApp.

When the numbers change
Groups shrink and grow. Up to 48 hours before departure, a cancellation is free; a message on WhatsApp quoting your reference is enough, whether one person drops out or the whole party does. If someone joins, tell us as early as you can and we check there is room.
On board, a group is part of a shared day, so the swims, the lunch and the foam party run on the boat's own plan. Read the day, stop by stop and share it with the party before the morning — it saves a lot of questions at reception.
